iGS (Intelligent Graphite Sheet) products are able to dispatching heat effectively from a heat source to a heat sink. iGS graphite sheets are provided with exerllent in-plane thermal conductivities, from 1400 - 1600 W/m-K, with good thermal shielding property which eliminates hot spots and prevents users from uncomfitable heat.
