2.Product prices, payment terms and description

The product prices displayed on website represent the retail price BASED ON EX-WORK TERM (NOT including any freight costs, any import fee and duties) in New Taiwan dollars (US dollar approximate prices are for reference ONLY. not the actual transaction price. Please follow the local bank's exchange rate ). Payment is charged in New Taiwan Dollars NO banking charge included. If the price listed in the website is incorrect, resulting in the correct price of the item being higher than the price we indicate, we will notify you that the order will be cancelled before shipping.

3.Invoice payment and processing

CETECH CO., LTD. have the right to determine payment terms and cancel or reject orders. Any orders subject to receipt of payment after confirmed orders. If you place any orders online, the payment will be charged by credit card at the time when you finished the ordering. If the customer fails to enter the delivery address correctly, or the shipping fee is incurred because the customer's delivery address is not in anywhere for the scope of the express delivery service, CETECH CO., LTD. reserves the right to charge additional shipping and handling fees.

4.Risk of Loss

All products purchased on the CETECH Co., Ltd. website are manufactured under a contract of carriage. Due to the trading terns by EX-WORK, the risk of loss and title to such goods passes to you from the time we deliver the goods to the carrier(DHL Express). 

5.Return and refund policy

Please note that the products images displayed on our website are for reference ONLY. Actual products may vary due to improvements or modifications. Differences between the product received and the website image are NOT ELIGIBLE for return or refund.

It is your responsibility to carefully read all product or service information, including descriptions, features, and limitations, before purchasing.

All goods will be re-inspected completely before shipment. It means that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services purchased through our website under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our non-refund policy.

Except double charges or payment errors, we may, at our discretion, consider refunds ,We will review each case on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to deny any refund request.

If you cancel, refund, or return an order without reason, we will not be able to refund these fees. All applicable fees will be deducted before refund.
