**International Shipping Terms & Conditions

These international shipping terms is besed on EX-WORK and conditions apply to products purchased on the CETECH CO., LTD. website .ALL shipping destination are outside of Taiwan.

Each item is sold by CETECH CO., LTD. and shipped by DHL Express which are based on DHL's delivery areas.If the destinations are outside of DHL's service area. Sorry ! we cannot offer the goods and services!

1.Compliance with Applicable Laws

When ordering from CETECH CO., LTD. website, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination to which your products are being delivered ("destination"). You are also responsible for assuring that your products may be lawfully imported into the country of importation.

2.Transfer of Title and Risk of Loss

Based on the internation trading term by EX-WORK, Title and risk of loss for the products will  pass to you upon delivery of the products to the first carrier (DHL Express) in the country of export. (Taiwan)

3.Import Fees

Products shipped outside of TAIWAN may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the authorities of the country of importation ("Import Fees"). You are responsible for paying all Import Fees.

4.Value-Added and Sales and Use Taxes

CETECH CO., LTD. do NOT charge any  taxes on orders shipped internationally, including value-added, goods and services, and sales and use taxes. Buyer should pay these costs by themselves when goods arrive to your country.

5.Privacy

CETECH CO., LTD. The seller may provide certain order, shipment, and product information to the Designated Carrier, which may share this information with customs, postal, and tax authorities. International shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.
