Carbon Felt Classification

Carbon Felt can be classified into three categories.

• Fire-Resistance level (carbon content >40wt%.)

• Carbonized-level (carbon content >85wt%.)

• Graphitized-level (carbon content >95wt%)

Why CeTech’s Carbon Felt?

Low Density: The density is around 0.085~0.11g/cm3, CeTech’s carbon felt render a higher thermal insulation property than commercial one in vacuum furnace operation ,especially 30% higher efficiency can be achieved in high temperature medium frequency induction furnace.

Longer lifetime: By using “high quality oxidized fiber-Japan made” the product lifetime can be extended around 50% more than commercial one.

What CeTech’s Can guarantee?

Carbonization Equipment:By using automatic super-alloy vacuum carbonization furnace and high purity nitrogen the carbon felt is produced under 1000oC, the production temperature record is available for customers to guarantee the quality for every batch.

High Purity Nitrogen flow protection:
1.Less carbon deposition stain on the surface of carbon felt.
